However, content is NOT part of our service paradigm in new website development. We provide content to expedite a TURN KEY WEBSITE solution. We do not warranty or guarantee the accuracy of content. We often use common AI programs to write generalized content.

All LEVEL 1, 2, and 3 clients have a website dashboard and content management system. Level 3 clients also have cpanel access to manage emails, spam, auto responders, and forwards.
Therefore any and all requests made to Intellasoft and performed by Intellasoft are free of liablity. Requests must be REVIEWED / QUALITY CONTROL CHECKED by the client.
Quality Control 2
Intellasoft Digital Media reserves the right to reverse any "unacknowledged" edit. From time to time a client may request edits to content or code on their website. This often falls in the 5 hour per year free support. Clients are required to check and ensure edits are performed satisfactorily.
Clients with a Wesbite dashboard / CMS (content management system) are able to edit any aspect of their website and emails. Requests made to Intellasoft where warranted and on a case by case basis Intellasoft will either be completed by our support team or a "step by step DIY using the CMS" will be relayed to the website owner.
And changes made the website can be reversed at the request of the website owner. To a maximum of 6 times per year.
Intellasoft reserves the right to reverse unacknowleded edits.
