Intellasoft offers limited content assistance in the developement of a website. If a client wishes us to create or insert their content, we have standard packages for everyones budget.
Content is NOT part of our service paradigm in new website development. We will assist with content or insert content for illustrative purposes or to expedite the viewability of a website project. For a TURN KEY WEBSITE solution. Clients are encouraged to purchase a "CONTENT IS KING" or MAINTENANCE Support Package.

We do not warranty or guarantee the accuracy of content we write. We often use common AI programs to write generalized content. Clients that purchase content services can either provide the content for us to insert or Intellasoft will prepare with the following highlites.

Quality Control
All LEVEL 1, 2, and 3 clients have a website dashboard and content management system. Level 3 clients also have cpanel access to manage emails, spam, auto responders, and forwards.
Therefore any and all requests made to Intellasoft and performed by Intellasoft are free of liablity. Requests must be REVIEWED / QUALITY CONTROL CHECKED by the client.
Quality Control 2
Intellasoft Digital Media reserves the right to reverse any "unacknowledged" edit. From time to time a client may request edits to content or code on their website. This often falls in the 5 hour per year free support. Clients are required to check and ensure edits are performed satisfactorily.
Clients with a Wesbite dashboard / CMS (content management system) are able to edit any aspect of their website and emails. Requests made to Intellasoft where warranted and on a case by case basis Intellasoft will either be completed by our support team or a "step by step DIY using the CMS" will be relayed to the website owner.
Any changes made by the website owner can be reversed at the request of the website owner. To a maximum of 6 times per year.
Intellasoft reserves the right to reverse unacknowleded edits.
