Intellasoft has three options for billing wrt email / website / support
Option 1 yearly April 01 or July 01
Option 2 bi-yearly Jan 01 and Oct 01
Option 3 monthly
Invoice amount is structured based on service requests, email quota, website quota, bandwidth.
Service requests include
- email send issues / email receive emails
- website compromises / email compromises
- website file scans
- setting up / disabling emails /
- remote support
- onsite support
- back-ups
- account restoration
- cross platform account migration
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

Task requests
will necessitate additions / changes to billing and / or billing cycle.
Webspace / Email Allotment
Each client is allotted a specific amount of webspace, and hours of support as outlined on their invoice.
Clients are responsible for requesting / monitoring their webspace email usage and ensuring they do not exceed their allotted webspace.
Contingencies for Exceeding Allotted Webspace / service support
If a client continuously exceeds their allotted email / webspace or task requests they will be notified via email and their
rate / billing cycle adjusted.
Intellasoft reserves the right to reclassify a client that surpass their allotted support and server space without notice
Payment is due upon reciept of invoice and payable by etransfer and / or credit card.
Clients who fail to pay their invoice within will have their hosting services suspended.
A suspended account will be deleted after 48 hours in suspension mode
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service / support / hosting services at any time, but will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle.
Cancellations must be made 45 days in advance via email or mail, and will take effect on the next billing cycle.
Amendments to Billing Procedures
Our company reserves the right to amend these billing procedures at any time, with or without notice.
INTELLASOFT NO LONGER SUPPORTS CLIENTS' EMAILS / WEBSITE NOT LOCATED
ON OUR SERVER(S) AND SUPPORTERD BY OUR DATACENTER.
